The Acid 260 is an all-terrain mountain bike specially designed for kids and youngsters - and one on which they can let off steam to their heart's content. It is strongly based on the skills of our mountain bikes for adults, but has been equipped with carefully selected components tailored to children - for top riding comfort and first-class control. Adventure mode on and off you go!
No half measures - we have also followed this motto in the development of our junior bikes. So it's no wonder that the chassis of the Acid 260 uses the same mechanically shaped, double-butted and heat-treated 6061 aluminum tube set as our adult models. Combined with our Agile Ride Geometry, the result is a frame that allows kids to build confidence and improve their skills efficiently. We have also installed an easily replaceable derailleur hanger so that a small fall is not the end of the world or the frame.
